PROCESSING TIME

All orders are roasted fresh to order. We process and ship within 48 business hours of payment confirmation.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship across Italy and Europe via GLS: all EU countries plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Serbia, including the Spanish, Portuguese, Greek and UK islands and Corsica. Shipping to the rest of the world is coming soon, join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know when your country is added.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Italy: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Islands & remote areas: a little longer

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Order several bundles together and they ship as one parcel with a single combined fee. Customs and duties are not included, see below.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For destinations outside the EU customs union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Serbia, and the Spanish, UK and Greek islands), any import duties or customs fees are paid by the recipient to the carrier on delivery. They are set by the destination country, vary case by case, and are never charged at checkout.

Once your order ships you'll get an email with your GLS tracking code and a link to check its status.
